About the Role
To be successful as a Regional Manager Sales, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's technical products and services and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills.
Job Details:
1. Prepare and deliver detailed technical presentations to current and prospect clients regarding our product portfolio, available solutions and benefits in a manner that conveys expertise.
2. Generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
3. Drive growth through new customer acquisition and existing customer share-of-wallet capture and discover new opportunities by constant monitoring of the market and sector competition.
4. Create technical/financial offers with highly compelling and accurate content that interpret clients’ needs into solutions.
5. Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements and promoting the best possible experience to grow customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
6. Coordinate project planning, resourcing, and progress reporting and troubleshooting. Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability and schedule.
7. Identify areas for improvement and communicate issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
8. Prepare sales reports and monitor projects pipeline to meet the monthly sales forecasts.
9. Cooperate with factories and HQ to ensure the proper management and delivery of the orders.
10. Strive to become an Expert Resource through continuous development and experience related to our products, the industry we serve and associated trends.
11. Stay knowledgeable regarding your field's updates in science and research by continuing to read and study new data and attending industry conferences.
Experience:
• 4-6 years of Extensive experience in Sales, Business Development
• Extensive exposure to Client Management, B2B Sales
Education
• Bachelor or Master in engineering (Technical or Geology University) degree
• Proficiency with Hindi and English, with ability to understand regional languages
• MS Office
